Make a Donation
1. By Cheque
Please make a crossed cheque payable to "Children's Kidney Fund" and download the "Donation Form" as attached and send to our office. We will mail the receipt to you.
2. Direct Bank Deposit
You can deposit your donation into the Fund's account: HSBC Account - 456-410430-838 or FPS ID - 110890068. If you need an official receipt, please download Online Donation Form and attach the deposit slip to "Children's Kidney Fund" or send to our office by post.
3. Bank Account Autopay for Monthly Donation
Please download the "Autopay Donation Form" as attached and send to our office with the form completed and duly signed.
